The guy at the end was talking about how they need to be collecting stories. Realtor stories. Things get forgotten. I've got Layne Morril stories. I've got Jim Jones stories, I've got stories of a few other past presidents from the sixties, seventies, and eighties. Some of them pretty interesting. Early days of real estate, stories from the previous license laws, stories from before fair housing, stories from when owner financing was common, stories of the early days of appraisals, and so on. Just the stories I know would make a pretty interesting book, at least to people in the real estate business. Maybe not a whole book, maybe a good start on an entertaining book written by somebody else. But just in general, I guess I have my own realtor story to tell. But I'm sure Missouri Association of Realtors has no interest in hearing it. I'd love to tell it, but there's nobody to tell it to. And so maybe I'm not the one that should be thinking of writing that book . . .

Cool, I like it. How about Inman Select, is that still included? It seems Inman is trying to charge us.

38:42 -- Majority of realtors pay for Office space, utitlites and Broker Staff though a commission split. How are those eligable costs accounted for in PPP?

35:10 -- where can I find out what payroll taxes are eligible to be paid out of PPP funds? You mentioned State and local taxes?

34:30 -- PPP can pay Salaries and Commissions , but in next sentence can not pay independent contractors. So which is it? If I pay commission to my independent Contractor Realtor can it come out of PPP or not?

28:00 - If PPP foregiven is it going to be taxed as "forgiveness of indebtedness" income? 34:00 Answered -- Federal not taxed. Mo has not made determination.

24:20 -- EIDL emergency Grant - If as a Sch C or S-Corp you pay independent contractors are those counted in your employees? or should I immediately terminate there contract?

Missouri - So where can I find the rules for S-Corp - requirements? So if S-Corp recieves a commission and that is used to pay accrued and past due expenses, does that reduce PUA? Or is it only if you pay a salary out of S-Corp that is reduces PUA?
